With 18 years of experience in education, I serve as a Counseling Consultant at Region 10 Education Service Center, guiding over 130 schools in north Texas. I specialize in coaching and professional development, helping school counselors and administrators improve student outcomes through data-driven practices. I am passionate about promoting student achievement and college readiness while supporting mental health and comprehensive school counseling programs. Holding a Master’s in School Counseling and certifications in both counseling and leadership, I am dedicated to fostering growth and success in every district I work with.
